Define the product and destination
Include the model or reference image, intended application and destination market. State the quantity by model and colour. If you are still choosing, explain the task and constraints so the supplier can propose a relevant shortlist.

Specify what the price includes
List the battery configuration, charging accessories, packaging, manual language and branding. Request separate identification of any optional accessories. Two unit prices are not comparable if one includes a battery and retail box while the other does not.
Clarify delivery assumptions
Ask which delivery terms, transport assumptions and lead-time starting point the quotation uses. Distinguish sample preparation from production. Provide a target date, but request confirmation rather than assuming a catalogue item is immediately available.

Keep a comparison sheet
Use columns for model, configuration, quantity, packaging, unit price, one-time costs, lead time and quote validity. Record unresolved questions before selecting a supplier. Keep the approved quotation with the sample specification for later reference.
Explore relevant products
Compare the available models and confirm specifications for the exact configuration.
