Identify the sample completely
Record the model, date, battery configuration, accessories and any customization. Photograph identifying details and label the retained sample. A sample without a configuration record is difficult to use as a production reference.

Review appearance and operation separately
Check finish, dimensions, labels and assembly fit, then evaluate switch sequence, lighting modes and charging according to instructions. Record observations against agreed requirements. Do not treat a brief demonstration as proof of every performance claim.
Approve the complete customer package
Open the box as a buyer would. Check contents, manual language, model label and protective inserts. Confirm that artwork and product information match the approved configuration, including any optional items excluded from the order.

Close the feedback loop
List accepted points, required changes and unresolved questions. Request a revised sample when a material change needs verification. Keep written approval tied to a specification version, and agree that subsequent changes require review before production.

Compare the available models and confirm specifications for the exact configuration.
